The online M.S. in Construction offers area of studies in Construction Management and Facility Management. The Construction Management concentration allows students seeking upper level management positions in various sectors of the construction industry to improve their competency in project, program, and company management. The Facility Management concentration supports the needs of the student desiring a career in the maintenance, operation, renovation, or decommissioning of existing facilities. - Admission Requirements

- 3.0 GPA in the last two years of undergraduate course work
- Official GRE scores
- 3 letters of recommendation
- Personal statement
- All required Graduate College application materials (application, application fee, official transcripts, TOEFL scores for international applicants)
- ASU classes can be supplemented with up to six credit hours of approved graduate credit transferred from other institutions with advisor approval
- A maximum of nine ASU credit hours, toward the degree, can be applied before attaining admission
- The program can be completed in two years, but must be completed within a six year time period. Note: To avoid having to reapply to the program, students must take at least one course each semester. Reapplication to the program involves additional fees and approvals.
