Arizona State University is fostering global collaboration in Artificial Intelligence (AI) by hosting a special 2-week exchange program on emerging AI and machine learning advancements for students from Yonsei University in South Korea.
Immersive sessions led by experts from ASU's world-leading Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering will allow participants to delve deep into critical AI areas like natural language processing, computer vision, data mining, and more. Through hands-on labs and projects using state-of-the-art developer toolkits, students will gain practical experience bringing concepts to life by building neural networks for speech processing, image recognition, recommendation engines, and other real-world applications.
To connect the program's leading-edge curriculum with applied innovations, attendees will also tour pioneering local startups and tech giants leveraging AI across industries from autonomous vehicles to smart cities. By engaging in discussions with the scientists and engineers advancing these technologies, participants will receive invaluable perspectives on how machine learning is driving impactful change.
