Global Reach. Local Impact.
At Global Outreach and Extended Education (GOEE), we empower the Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering (FSE) to deliver high-impact, globally integrated programs that advance innovation, workforce development, and capacity building. Guided by ASU’s design aspirations and FSE’s core values—innovation, excellence, impact, and inclusivity—we collaborate with universities, governments, industries, and foundations around the world to co-design scalable solutions tailored to local needs.
From conducting national assessments to launching full-scale workforce initiatives, our team implements programs with world-class rigor, combining deep technical expertise and best-in-class monitoring and evaluation practices to exceed outcome goals. GOEE serves as a trusted global partner—turning bold ideas into measurable, sustainable impact.
With a strong track record of success in Southeast Asia, Mexico, and Latin America, GOEE works at the intersection of engineering education, innovation policy, and workforce transformation. We partner with local institutions, ministries, and multilateral donors to develop regional strategies, deliver technical assistance, and build institutional capacity that endures.
Whether supporting semiconductor workforce readiness in Mexico, strengthening 5G and advanced telecommunication curricula in Costa Rica, or improving the quality and relevance of engineering programs in Vietnam, GOEE mobilizes ASU’s vast resources to co-create context-sensitive solutions that are locally led, globally informed, and designed for long-term sustainability.
Below are examples of current and past projects that reflect GOEE’s global impact and implementation expertise.
