ASU Celebrates Successful Completion of Microcredential in Semiconductor Packaging, Assembly & Test

The Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University n is proud to announce the successful completion of the microcredential: Semiconductor Packaging, Assembly & Test by 170 plus participants. This intensive program, designed to equip professionals with the in-demand skills required by the semiconductor industry, saw a diverse group of participants from various sectors mastering key competencies in semiconductor packaging and testing.

This microcredential prepares professionals to excel in semiconductor manufacturing, packaging, and assembly – areas that are rapidly transforming the global electronics landscape. Participants learned how to navigate critical processes in assembly, testing, and ensuring the highest quality standards in production environments.
